He is certifications-deep in Azure, Exchange, Hyper-V, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem — and has the real-world troubleshooting experience to back it up.
André bridges a rare gap: deep technical competence meets an industrial engineer's obsession with optimization. With a background in Industrial Production Management — the U.S. equivalent of Industrial Engineering — he approaches every web project as a system to be analyzed, designed, and tuned for maximum performance.
He architects custom web ecosystems, industry-specific UI/UX, and CRM integrations that don't just look good — they work harder than the systems they replaced. If there's an inefficiency in your digital workflow, André will find it and eliminate it.
Jenni is the essential element that keeps Freighters running with the same reliability the team engineers into client systems. As Director of Operations & Accounting, she oversees the books, the processes, and the client experience — ensuring every engagement is as smooth from an operations standpoint as it is technically.
Her presence is the primary reason that client communication is timely, invoices are accurate, projects stay on track, and the team can focus entirely on the technical work. She is the operational backbone that makes the whole thing possible.
