Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use as few as possible: a couple that the site needs to work, and optional analytics cookies that are only set if you agree.

Essential cookies
These are needed for the site to work and don't require consent:
- site_lang — remembers whether you chose English or Portuguese. Lasts 1 year.
- fr_portal_session — keeps you signed in to the client portal (only set when you sign in). Secure and inaccessible to scripts. Lasts 30 days.
- fr_consent — remembers your analytics cookie choice so we don't ask on every page. Lasts 6 months.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — some forms run a bot check that may set its own short-lived security cookie.
Analytics cookies (optional)
If you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 sets cookies named _ga and _ga_<ID> (lasting up to 2 years) to count visits and see which pages are useful. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. We don't use advertising cookies, and we've turned off Google's advertising features and data sharing for ads.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland get no analytics cookies unless they click "Accept analytics". Elsewhere, analytics runs by default and you can switch it off with "Decline".
Changing your choice
Use the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of any page to change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site will still work, though you'll need to pick your language again and sign in to the portal each visit.
