Questions

Before you sign.

What is the price including IVA?

The prices shown for the three levels exclude IVA (Portuguese VAT). Including IVA (23%), for the first 12 months: Presença 141€/month, Recomendado 368€/month and Domínio 552€/month. From month 13: 62€, 214€ and 396€ a month, including IVA. The standard website build is included; there is no separate charge for it.

What happens in the 10 days?

The clock starts when you send back the onboarding form. On day one a holding page goes live. Then we build up to 5 pages on our template, with content from your Google Business Profile and the form, with two revision rounds. If the website is not live within 10 business days of receiving the content, month one is free.

What is a Projeto?

Projeto: e-commerce, booking systems, languages beyond the Web Boss PT/EN edition, 10+ pages, integrations, migrations. Fixed quote, 50/50, invoiced separately, never absorbed into the subscription. Projetos (online shop, bookings, migrations): quoted separately.

Who writes the articles?

On Recomendado and Domínio, SEO Web Boss, our content partner, writes the articles, and the first one is only published once you approve it. Google posts are written by us, approved by you and published by us. Automatic Google posting: coming soon.

What is the 90-day guarantee?

Every article indexed by Google and the business named by an AI assistant within 90 days, or Web Boss keeps working free until it is. It applies to Domínio. We do not promise positions on Google or a number of calls: we measure whether your business is named.

Can I cancel?

The contract runs for 12 months. The first month is paid at signing and the rest by SEPA direct debit. If you leave early, you pay the part of the build not yet billed (1500€ × remaining months ÷ 12) and, if you have Web Boss, any of its minimum term still to run. After 12 months, you move to the lower price of your level.
